Perimiter & Securement Verification
We inspect the full exterior perimeter and confirm that all boarded doors and windows remain properly secured. This includes checking fasteners, coverage, and visible stability to ensure openings are still protected. We also provide mold and moisture readings on each visit.
Signs of Entry, Occupancy, or Damage
Each visit includes a review for evidence of forced entry, signs of occupancy or tampering, water intrusion, and any visible damage that could compromise the property or board-up.
Hazards Identified & Documented
We note exterior hazards such as trash, debris, or unsafe conditions and upload clear photo documentation after every visit to provide a complete record of exterior conditions. This includes noting overgrown grass or scanning city notices posted on the door. We can do light clean up or mailbox checking as an add on service as well.
