We want you to love your purchase from TGH. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at support@tgnatchez.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or color, or if your item arrived damaged, please email support@tgnatchez.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or customized merchandise.
