• Property Type — Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Vacant Lot, etc.
• Current Status — Vacant, REO, Non-Performing, Blighted, Unknown, etc.
• Condition (if known) — Secured, Unsecured, Damaged, Occupied by squatters, etc.
• Last Inspection Date — If applicable
• Known Violations or Liens — Code violations, municipal citations, etc.
• Priority Level — High / Medium / Low (your internal assessment)
• Notes — Any additional context, access issues, or special circumstances
