This is an exterior-only service. Our inspectors document and assess the outside of your property only—boards, doors, windows, landscaping, posted notices, and visible exterior conditions. We do not enter the property, access the interior, or perform any enforcement actions. This is a visual inspection and reporting service designed to keep you informed about your property’s exterior condition over time.
Our monitoring service provides regular exterior documentation and condition reporting for boarded or vacant properties—designed to help property owners, lenders, and municipalities maintain awareness of exterior conditions over time.
What’s Included (All Exterior)
- Exterior Photo Documentation: Timestamped photos of all visible sides of the property
- Physical Securement Verification (Quality Control): Hands-on integrity check of visible boards and fasteners to confirm stability and proper securement. This reduces break-ins, liability, and surprises
- Condition Notes: Documentation of looseness, missing boards, compromised securement, or exterior condition changes
- Digital Report Delivery: Reports delivered digitally with photos and observations after each visit

📌 Property Setup & Activation Fee — $99 (One-Time)
This fee covers onboarding, initial property setup, and deployment of our field team to your property. It ensures we can quickly and efficiently begin monitoring and protecting your asset.
Monthly Monitoring (Standard):
- Residential — Single Story: $150/month (under 1000sf)
- Residential — Two Story: $225/month (+$75 for second story)
- Commercial — Small: $350/month (under 5000sf)
- Commercial — Medium: $425/month
- Commercial — Large: $500/month
Optional Frequency Upgrades:
- Bi-Weekly Monitoring: +$75/month
- Weekly Monitoring: +$100/month
